Eastin Tan Hotel Chiang Mai

The place we stay every time visiting Chiang Mai. Location, room, facilities, and breakfast are superb. Staff are very friendly and helpful, providing us with room upgrade for this stay.

It is the first time we stay in the room facing the front of the building. Sound from live music performance leaked into our room at night.

The hotel room and common space is well maintained and feels clean.

It’s very noisy at night. I even asked to be moved to a room that’s at a higher floor but still could hear the scooters and cars driving by at night. There was even a concert right outside of the hotel that went on past midnight. If you are a light sleeper or sleeps early I would not recommend this place. Other than the noise everything else was great tho!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was nice and the room was clean and spacious.

The bathroom bidet system had issues time to time.

I love staying there and I have many times. It’s always clean and the staff is always welcoming. It was my birthday and they made it special.

I love staying there but maybe free breakfast on birthdays?

Pump up our room to a suite due to honeymoon. The room was spacious with washer and small kitchen. The view from the balcony is nothing to compare. Breakfast was really good.

The toilet was broken when we first arrived, but it got fixed immediately. The facilities are a bit outdated.

1. not the easiest to get in and out with the car2. had a 1 bedroom suite, even through it has great view and the bath tub is next to the window which lets you see the mountains and the toilet is facing the same window, the entire bathroom is directly part of the bedroom, without any doors or partition. as a result, any funny smell is easily transferred to the rest of the bedroom.....

location very excellent near Maya Mall. very clean and staff very polite and helpful. it is in the heart of lively area; many coffee shops and restaurants and street food .

variety of breakfast can have a little improvement. but it is good compared to the price.

Best penthouse in Chiang Mai we stayed in! Two floors with a spiral ladder between them, lots of space, superlarge windows with a view to the city and Maya shopping center with fountains (right across the street, useful). Reception staff speaks decent English (was very important!) Japanese toilets with seat heating and so on. Part of the lounge room has a glass wall for entrance, making it feel like part of nature visually. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Small Parking Lot

I love the location of the the hotel. It's nice that the room is spacious.

While I love the hotel, I found that the layout of the bathroom is very odd. There's no privacy at all. I can't imagine sharing the room with anyone that's not your spouse.

Breakfast was great. Hotel room was great!

But the breakfast place need to clean a little more due to I got many bugs bitten me during breakfast.

Location is top, surrounded by shops and mall, great pool and comfortable bed and good breakfast

We stayed during a festival and were informed at check-in about a concert on the hotel grounds, which was understandable. However, the concert lasted until 1 AM with noise levels exceeding 100dB in our room — not ideal for our toddler. The hotel could improve communication and better prepare guests for such events in the future.

The service was exceptional and the location is convenient. The toilet has a bidet and bathtub.

The staff are super helpful. Bomb went above and beyond to help me check in and access my bag. The masseuse Laura was fantastic and really helped with my back and hip pain and I felt wonderful afterwards. The location is fantastic.

The facilities and the staff were very friendly. Also the location is perfect with it being across the road from the mall.

Breakfast is great. Wide choice. Replenishing fast. Restaurant is instagramable. Spacious and service is good

bathrooms were complicated. one bathroom had sliding doors opening into the dining area. the other bathroom didn't have an enclosed shower.
